Call-out Inspection Fee payable by Private Clients:
R650* including VAT. Includes all work done for up to an hour. Includes labour and mileage. Excludes all material. 100% is payable upfront and POP (proof of payment) provided via e-mail or WhatsApp. COD (cash On arrival). Unfortunately, our team can’t start work without payment being made. We have easy payment options on request.
Excess fee payable by Insured Clients:
Payable upfront COD (cash On arrival). Unfortunately, we cannot proceed without the excess paid. We have easy payment options on request.
Quote:
Any work quoted on request, 80% deposit is required upon acceptance of all quotes. The balance will become payable on completion of the work. Mileages is included for up to 30km return trip only. All work exceeding an hour, the flat call-out fee will be deducted from your net total. The hourly rate after 1 (one) hour is R650 including VAT. VAT will be added to all material used. Solar and all other geysers will be subject to a specified quote.
